Is taking 1 hour kickboxing classes 3 times a week a good way to get in shape?
A mixed martial arts place in my town offers aerobic kickboxing classes taught by a professional martial arts person. They claim if you do the whole thing, you can burn around 1,000 calories in that hour. Is this true, and is doing this a good way to get in shape?
I’ve done some Kickboxing in my toning class at school and I really liked it.

Yes and it is very good cardio for your heart as well.

Its a great exercises, especially compared to sitting on a couch watching TV.
