Just wanted to know some exercises (so I can do them daily) to get ready for the practice of Judo or Ju Jitsu.
Sure…
Here are incredibly valuable conditioning exercises to help. Just by doing these exercises you build up explosive motion which helps you tremendously.
Here is a good site with a good bit of videos showing great warm up exercises.

Shrimps and crawls, again teaches you how to maneuver and scramble, virtually all grappling arts work on shrimps it is one of the best ways of getting out from under someone.
Hindu pushups: Great for building range of motion strength.
Kazushi exercises with a powerband or inner tube: This really helps you as you get more advanced and understand how to do Uchi Komi.
Gi pull ups: Pretty easy, throw a Gi over a bar and use the Gi to do pullups. This develops massive grip strength, functional grip strength needed when working with Gis.
Here is another good article.

Hopefully who ever is teaching you has some kind of certification or has taken courses that teach proper stretching.

Practice your front rolls and back rolls and your falling. Back rolls and front rolls are a great way to escape locks like a kimura or an armbar if you go with the momentum. Front falls and back falls are a good way to reduce impact and do flying moves like flying triangles or flying armbars.
